IS THE FIT CLUB RIGHT FOR ME?

We know that getting started with fitness can cause some anxiety. If getting stronger, more fit, losing body fat, increasing energy, reversing illness, feeling better about yourself and improving longevity are on your bucket list…The Fit Club will be right for you.

Try out our DAY ONE EXPERIENCE™ and see for yourself!

AM I TOO OLD, INJURED, OR UNHEALTHY?

One of the trademarks of The Fit Club is scalability.  This means no matter how old you are (our oldest member is over 80!), no matter how injured or sick you may be, our team will almost always be able to customize a training program for you.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

We pride ourselves on NOT being the CHEAPEST fitness facility in Chatham-Kent. Our price is reflective of the premium level of service, excessive value and ultimately, the results we’re passionate about delivering.

With a wide variety of training packages, family rates, corporate discounts and starter courses, we will customize a membership and pricing that works best for your goals.

You can expect group fitness to range from $9-$20 per class and personal 1-1 training to be $40-$75 per session.
