HOW TO GET STARTED

There are 3 ways to get started at The Underground Fit Club.

Training

PERSONAL TRAINING

Some clients feel more comfortable beginning with personal training which can be done one-on-one or in partnered sessions.

ON RAMP COURSE

The On Ramp Course is a 2-week starter program designed for clients who would like to eventually join our Group Training Program.

PASS A TEST

If a client can demonstrate proficiency in all major lifts and skills, they may immediately join our Group Training Program.

Group Strength and Conditioning

Using the Move By Design Training System™, expert coaches guide clients through customized programming designed to develop more strength, better mobility, increased fat loss, boosted energy and more, all while keeping you injury free and healthy.

Training is scaled across 3 tiers: Foundation, Function and Performance, allowing clients at different levels to train together in a community and get exactly what they need!

Personal Training

The same high quality training system used in Group Strength & Conditioning yet even better.  Working together with an expert coach one-on-one or in partnered sessions allows for even more customization and accountability.

If you need extra attention, specific rehabilitation protocols, work better one-on-one or just want the coach all to yourself…private training is for you.

Team Training

Is your team strong and fit? Are they performing at their peak capacity? Off-season or in-season, adequate strength and conditioning is a requirement to maximize performance on every level.

Fit Club Kids™

Designed for kids ages 4 to 12 years old, the Fit Club Kids program is one of the most important components of the entire Life By Design Centre. We believe starting our children off with the fundamental building blocks for health is VITAL. Our coaches lead participants through games and activities built around improving fundamental movement and enhancing self-esteem.

Fit Club Teens™

Designed for ages 13 to 17 years old, the Fit Club Teens program combines age-appropriate weightlifting, gymnastics and high intensity conditioning. The goal is to develop optimal fitness, improve performance and convey the value of lifelong fitness in the building of a positive self-image.

If your teenager is already an athlete, our program is designed to take them to another level of fitness and performance.  If your teen is not an athlete, our program is guaranteed to help them establish healthy lifestyle habits, and convert them from a sedentary lifestyle to a more active one.

55+ Fitness & Fat Loss Program™

There is no question a void exists for helping people who have never trained or due to aging and injuries, find it difficult to reach their health and fitness goals. The 55+ Fitness & Fat Loss Program™ guides beginners towards their goals with expert coaching, supervision and support.

This program is perfect for anyone 55 to 85+ who wishes to begin a fitness program and get all the benefits without the pain and possible injuries that come with trying it on your own!

FAQs

How do I know if The Fit Club is right for me?

If getting stronger, more fit, losing body fat, increasing energy, reversing illness, feeling better about yourself and improving longevity are on your bucket list…The Fit Club will be right for you.

If you want a quick fix, don’t want to work hard, or want results without showing up…The Fit Club is NOT for you.

Short of giving you a guarantee, as long as you show up and work hard…you can expect some or all of the above results.

Am I too old, too unhealthy, or too injured?

One of the trademarks of The Fit Club is scalability.  This means no matter how old you are (our oldest member is over 80!), no matter how injured or sick you may be, our team will almost always be able to customize a training program for you.

If your problem is accelerated aging, injury or diminished health, there are few action steps you can take for solving your problem that carry the power of a properly prescribed and supervised strength training program.

How much does it cost?

Prices ranges from as high as $75 / session for our premium one-on-one exclusive training all the way to $8 / session for some of our group strength and conditioning programs.

The more important question is “how much is your health, fitness and self-esteem worth?” There are cheaper programs and there are easier programs but you will not find programs within 50 km delivering the quality of programming, coaching and the results like The Underground Fit Club.
